Aparna-1 RISC-V Edge AI SoC

Aparna-1 is our first taped-out RISC-V edge-AI SoC targeting industrial vision workloads. It combines a quad-core RV64GC application cluster with a domain-specific NN accelerator delivering 4 TOPS/W on INT8 workloads.

Silicon has been characterised on TSMC 28HPC+ with commercial samples available to partners under NDA.
